1. Payment Terms

• Advance: 30% of the total order value along with the work order.
• Dispatch: The remaining 70% is due on prior to the dispatch of materials.
• Taxes (GST): 5% GST applicable on the supply portion (70% of base value) and 18% GST applicable on the service portion (30% of base value).
• Price Validity: Quotations are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.

2. Project Scope & Delivery

• Timeline: Installation will be completed within 30–60 days from the date of the confirmed Purchase Order and receipt of the advance payment. Any unavoidable delays will be communicated to the customer in advance.
• Freight: Shipping/Freight charges are included in the quote.
• Structure: Standard installation is included. Any specific structural elevation requirements will be quoted as an additional charge.
• AC/DC Wires: Standard inclusion up to 40 meters. Any extra wires will be charged as per the actual cost.
• Earthing Wires: Standard inclusion up to 100 meters. Any extra wires will be charged as per the actual cost.

3. Customer Obligations (Net Metering & Site Prep)

• Documentation: We will facilitate the document submission process for the Net Meter replacement as per local DISCOM policy.
• Customer Scope: The following expenses and arrangements are the sole responsibility of the customer: Costs related to load enhancement, name changes, new electrical connections, or address changes; Logistics and material costs for pole-to-cutout wiring, line-man fees, clipping, and electrician support.

4. Technical Requirements

• Grid Stability: To ensure successful synchronization with the grid, the site voltage must be maintained between 185V and 275V without frequent fluctuations.

5. Warranty & Insurance

• Solar Modules: 12 Years for manufacturing Defect and 25 Years for the Performance warranty according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
• Grid-Tie Inverter: 8 to 10 years warranty according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions (dependent on the specific model) from the date of supply.
• Warranty Exclusions: External damages are not covered under warranty.
• Insurance: It is recommended that customers obtain comprehensive insurance for their solar system. Shree Projects will not bear any liability for costs incurred due to external damage to the system under any circumstances.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided for the order cancellations once the site inspection and engineering work has commenced.

7. Privacy Policy

• We only collect personal identification information when you voluntarily provide it, such as when you fill out our "Contact Us" form or reach out to us directly.
• To process your solar electricity connection, government subsidies, or solar loans, we require specific verification documents. These include but are not limited to, official identification and your recent electricity connection records.
• Your privacy is safe with us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
